Born in 1966 and raised in the political hotbed of Washington D.C.,
Matt Kelley is a Professional Photographer living in Boulder, Colorado.
After earning a B.A. in History at San Diego University, Matt moved to
Boulder Colorado in the early 90’s. He went on to earn an M.A. in
Social Studies Education at the University of Colorado and began teaching
at nearby Broomfield High. In an odd twist he later moved to Victoria, B.C.,
and earned a diploma in Photojournalism. He has since moved back to Boulder
a town he calls, “the best place in the world.” With such a perfect thing going,
I’m sure the thought of forming III with an Icelander and a Canadian was one
that never entered Matt’s mind.
Matt’s an avid rock climber, skier and politician at heart.
His hero’s include Joe Gibbs and Captain America.
